1. Eligibility for Returns
Because most of our items are custom-made or personalized, returns are only accepted if:
The product arrived defective, damaged, or with a printing error caused by us.
You received the wrong item, size, or design compared to your approved proof or order confirmation.
If your issue falls under the above conditions, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We unfortunately cannot accept returns for:
Custom or personalized products made according to your design.
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
Sale or promotional items.
We always encourage customers to double-check artwork, sizes, and colors before confirming an order to avoid disappointment.
3. Exchange Process
If your order qualifies for an exchange:
Contact us at info@shepherddesignedit.co.za or WhatsApp us on +27 68 827 6767 with your order number and proof of issue.
We’ll verify the details and arrange for a replacement or reprint.
You may be required to return the defective product before a replacement is issued.
Exchanges are typically processed within 5–10 business days once approved.
4. Refunds
Refunds are issued only if we are unable to replace or reproduce the order due to stock unavailability or design constraints.
Once your refund is approved:
It will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
You’ll receive a confirmation email when the refund is completed.
Please note that delivery fees are non-refundable, unless the error was on our side.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, misprinted, or incorrect product, kindly send:
Photos of the product and packaging
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
to info@shepherddesignedit.co.za within 7 days of delivery.
Our team will review the claim and take the best corrective action — either a reprint, exchange, or refund.

6. Shipping & Return Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
The product arrived defective or incorrect.
In such cases, Shepherd Designed It will cover or refund the return courier fee.
7. Processing Time
Please allow up to 14 business days for your return or exchange to be fully processed after approval.
We’ll keep you updated throughout the process for complete transparency.
